Homemade Blackberry Wine Recipe

4 quarts fruit
3.1/2 lb sugar
1 lb Raisins
Peel and Juice of 1.1/2 lemons
1/2 oz Yeast on slice of Toast

Boil fruit, strain, then add sugar, raisins and Lemons. Leave with Yeast on Toast for 2 days . Cork when fermentation has finished.
